</ul><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul>
<li>Act as first point of contact for our ISS and PWD Operations team in terms of workbooks and process maps for PWD registrations and A1/CoC application forms.</li>
<li>Ensure worksbooks are up to date and reflect current country requirements, liaise with local offices and technology teams in case updates are needed.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve working practices and share suggestions with Managers and Sr. Managers.</li>
<li>Support ad hoc client project, mapping exercises and technology updates</li>
<li>Support new client transitions and work closely with wider KDN GMS team members in order to ensure that the transition is progressing.</li>
<li>Keep client specific templates and other materials up to date. Create engagement specific process guides whenever there is a gap or change on the process.</li>
<li>Demonstrate ability to work independently and commitment to delivering exceptional client service and ensuring own work products are of high quality.</li>
</ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree in law, business, economics, or a relevant field.</li>
<li>Demonstrate an understanding of ISS and PWD issues, interest in becoming a subject matter expert in these areas. </li>
<li>Experience with basic and complex application/ registration processes.</li>
<li>Data analysis and interpretation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain and enhance partnership with clients, global vendors and local offices.</li>
<li>Ability to guide, train and mentor junior team members.</li>
<li>Project Management: Organisation and prioritisation skills including ability to project manage multiple Global Immigration clients and work under pressure.</li>
<li>Proficient communicator in <strong>written and spoken English </strong>(other languages advantageous but not required).</li>
<li>Ability to build relationships/ trust both with the internal teams and clients.</li>
<li>Experience and ability to work with confidential material.</li>
