Lead Systems Engineer

This opportunity is best for someone who wants to be a lead controls and automation engineer. The ideal candidate will have experience with Emerson DeltaV in a life sciences environment. Formal and on the job Emerson DeltaV training may be provided for those with life sciences manufacturing experience on other distributed control system platforms. Responsibilities:
•    Work with the client's team to provide technical support for automation systems, including troubleshooting and identifying root cause analysis for system failures.
•    Collaborate with the client's team to develop and implement automation change control procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
•    Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including client representatives, engineering teams, and vendors.
•    Participate in project planning and execution, providing technical guidance and support to ensure project success.
•    Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the automation systems, identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization and increased efficiency.

Qualifications:
•    5+ years of experience in controls and automation engineering in a life sciences environment.
•    Experience with Emerson DeltaV or similar DCS.
•    Strong project management skills, including experience managing complex projects.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
