THE ROLE
The Legal Analyst role is part of the Finance Department, inserted in our Legal team, in our Lisbon headquarters. The team operates in a fast-paced, dynamic and digital environment, providing the best legal support across all departments of the company. This is not just a role but a journey for those with a keen interest in Labour Law, offering a unique vantage point to impact our operations on a global scale.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Labour and Employment Law Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on labour and employment law issues, focusing on compliance, employee relations, and dispute resolution across North America, Europe, and Oceania.
- Support Legal Team: Provide general administrative support to the legal department, including managing files, organising documents, and maintaining databases.
- Contract Management: Assist in the management and maintenance of contract templates, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Compliance: Help monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across different business functions, with special focus on Health and Safety and Employment Legislation
- Managing the Relationship with External Stakeholders
- Documentation and Compliance: Assist in the drafting, review, and maintenance of employment contracts, company policies, and compliance documents.
- Support Across Departments: Offer comprehensive legal support, to various teams, ensuring legal best practices.
- Data Privacy and Employee Rights: Spearhead initiatives to safeguard employee data privacy, aligning with global data protection regulations.
- Customer and Employee Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve disputes effectively, prioritizing customer satisfaction and employee relations.
- Legal Project Management: Take the lead on legal projects, ensuring timely and successful completion while adhering to budget and quality standards.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Degree in Law, Masters in Labour Law will be a plus.
- Up to 2 years of experience as a legal analyst or in-house legal counsel, consultant in Employment and Labour Topics.
- Knowledge of travel industry regulations, digital regulations, and international tax is a plus.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret legal documents.
- Thorough knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and in conflict situations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.
- Detail-oriented, outstanding communication and organizational skills, business oriented.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations.
- You are motivated by taking ownership of your projects.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, other languages are a plus
