As a Maintenance Supervisor I/II for Greenheck Group you will support corporate objectives by ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment and facilities, maximizing uptime, and minimizing disruptions. Effectively manage the maintenance team, coordinate maintenance activities, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement to ensure the success of the organization's operations.
What you’ll be doing:
Take ownership of maintenance planning and scheduling with weekly schedule development and execution.
Coordinate quick, efficient response to equipment breakdowns or emergency work orders.
Ensure that all Maintenance Excellence practices, policies, and procedures are followed.
Utilize the CMMS to manage all maintenance activities.
Assure mechanics and technicians have required training and skill sets; support cross-training.
Maintain work areas to meet or exceed company safety practices and housekeeping standards.
Assure workmanship meets corporate quality standards; conduct routine audits of completed work orders to assure work standards are upheld and documentation is thorough and accurate.
Provide technical consultation with others in the organization concerning process operation and capabilities.
Complete routine administrative tasks (time approvals, vacation schedules).
Maintain good working knowledge of labor agreements (where applicable) and regulations.
Provide technical consultation on process operations.
Stay informed on new developments in maintenance and safety technology.
Proactively support continuous improvement activities.
Lead audits for compliance and quality standards.
Drive cross-training programs and maintain skill matrix.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.
Serve as liaison between maintenance and production teams.
What you should have as a level I:
4-6 years of relevant work experience in maintenance required.
1-2 years of relevant leadership experience required.
2 Year / associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
4 Year / bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance or a related field of study preferred.
Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E Electrical Safety in relation to industrial manufacturing
OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certification
What you should have as a level II:
6-8 years of relevant work experience in maintenance required.
4-6 years of relevant leadership experience required.
2 Year / associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
4 Year / bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance or a related field of study preferred.
Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E Electrical Safety in relation to industrial manufacturing
OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certification
Some things we think you should know:
You will be out on the floor with your team 50 - 70% of your day.
Will work in our CMMS, as well as our ERP System, which is SAP.
This role is located in Schofield, WI.
Minimum travel is required.
