About the role
Our client, a well-established company in the food production industry located in Zottegem, is looking for a motivated and experienced <strong>Technical Operator</strong>.<br><br><strong>Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?</strong><br>As a Technical Operator, you play a crucial role in the production process.<br><br>You ensure that the production lines run efficiently and intervene quickly whenever deviations occur. Thanks to your technical insight, accuracy, and problem-solving skills, production continues smoothly.<br><br><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong><br><ul> <li>Setting up, operating, and monitoring production lines.</li> <li>Performing quality checks and making adjustments where necessary.</li> <li>Detecting technical malfunctions and independently resolving minor defects.</li> <li>Carrying out machine changeovers, cleaning your equipment, and ensuring machines function correctly.</li> <li>Recording production data and strictly following established procedures.</li> <li>Assisting with preventive maintenance and actively contributing ideas for process improvements.</li> <li>Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.</li></ul><br>Working hours are from Sunday evening to Friday morning in a <strong>fixed night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM</strong>.
<ul> <li>You have previous experience as a Technical Operator.</li> <li>You have a strong technical interest and are eager to learn.</li> <li>You are willing to work in a fixed night shift.</li> <li>You have a good command of Dutch and/or English.</li> <li>You work accurately, responsibly, and have a strong focus on quality.</li> <li>You can independently analyze and solve technical issues.</li> <li>You are a team player and communicate effectively with colleagues.</li> <li>You perform well under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.</li> <li>You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy taking initiative.</li> <li>You have your own transportation or can easily commute to the workplace during night hours.</li> <li>You live within a 20 km radius of Zottegem.</li></ul>
