 The Edgewater Hotel is seeking a Valet Attendant to join our Guest Services team!

Job Description

Valet Attendants are responsible for ensuring the warm, friendly, and expedient service of each guest upon arrival, departure and any needs during their stay. Valets provide primarily bell/shuttle service and will assist with valet service when needed.

• Attention to detail oriented and have a professional demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & effective communication.
• Knowledge driving an automatic manual transmission (must).
• Thorough knowledge of the Seattle area as well as all hotel services and amenities; this is paramount for success in this position.
• A clean driving record.

Schedule...
Day and Evening Shifts – flexibility needed. Weekends required.

Rate of Pay: $19.97 per hour + tips

Requirements

• A driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Previous experience as a bell attendant, or working in a similar setting is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work both indoors and outdoors required.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic cars.
