Creative Director

Funnel is on a mission to make marketing data easy to understand, use, and share. We are defining a new category with our Marketing Intelligence Platform. Now, we’re looking for a visionary Creative Director to take our brand to the next level. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine creative leadership with hands-on execution, shaping how Funnel shows up across advertising, social, web, and beyond.

What you'll do

• Lead creative development across campaigns, advertising, presentations, and digital platforms. You will take the lead in creative idea development, both from internal briefs but also proactively developing ideas that build our brand.
  

• Concept, design, and execute ideas from brief to delivery—balancing strategic direction with hands-on creative craft.
  

• Integrate AI into the creative process, leveraging tools for image generation, text-to-design, layout automation, and motion.
  

• Drive brand consistency, working closely with our Brand Designer while exploring new formats, styles, and storytelling approaches.
  

• Champion experimentation, nurturing a test-and-learn mindset that values speed and quality.
  

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Design, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, and Web teams to create cohesive, insight-driven campaigns.
  

• Elevate Funnel’s creative presence globally, ensuring our brand stands out and resonates with the right audiences.
  

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years as a Creative Director or Senior Art Director (agency or in-house experience welcomed).

• Willingness to work closely with our strategic performance team and product marketing, to ensure all content is relevant to our target audience and channel.
  

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital creative, and advertising work, AI-enhanced projects are a big plus.
  

• Advanced design skills across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools.
  

• Hands-on experience with AI/generative tools as part of an intentional creative workflow.
  

• Track record of developing and leading creative vision from strategy to execution.
  

• Ability to work with briefs and create static and motion assets, whether crafted manually or with AI tools.
  

• Excellent communication skills in English, able to present and articulate ideas with clarity and inspiration.
  

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, balancing creative integrity, detail, and team well-being.
