 Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, project management, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. 

Responsibilities:
● Collections calls to homeowners and insurance companies
● Sending out documentation and estimates to insurance companies
● Sending out invoices
● Draft correspondences and other formal documents
● Plan and schedule appointments and events
● Greet and assist onsite guests
● Answer inbound telephone calls
● Develop and implement organized filing systems
● Manage social media accounts


Qualifications:
● Must live near Macon, GA
● Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
● Ability to prioritize and multitask
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong attention to detail
● Strong organizational skills
● Microsoft Office proficient Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour


The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, a non-profit organization for the Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Industries. The IICRC, originally named the International Institute of Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Inc. (IICUC), was founded in 1972 by Ed York. Since starting in 1972, the IICRC has evolved into a global organization with more than 49,000 active Certified Technicians and more than 6,500 Certified Firms around the world.

The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC’s Shareholders. The Board of Directors’ function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
