Description:

This is a temporary 24 hour position that will last approximately 12 weeks.

What to expect as a Hospitality Coordinator at The McAuley The Coordinator will facilitate and/or assist in the admissions process including guiding tours of the Community, managing referrals from outside agencies and/or home settings, completing admission paperwork; coordinating relocation and fielding questions/concerns from residents/family members. A successful Hospitality Coordinator will have an energetic personality and be motivated to serve residents and families

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4–6 years in hospitality (e.g., customer service, concierge, receptionist).
• Preferred: Knowledge of long-term care reimbursement criteria.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic email and calendar management; accurate typing skills.
• Preferred: Experience in long-term care or working with geriatric populations.
