Job Description:

We are hiring a hands‑on technical professional to support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and assembly tooling needs across our production areas to support our 2nd shift team in Brillion, WI.

• Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour plus $4.00 shift premium — $26.00/hour total plus $2,000 sign on bonus

• Schedule & Shift:  Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours), 2:45PM – 12:45AM

THE DAY TO DAY…

• Ability to prioritize & manage projects

• Accountable for decision making

• Set and maintain tool torque to AriensCo Standards

• Strong understanding of system integration & functions

  • Pneumatic

  • Hydraulic

  • Electric

• Troubleshoot and repair broken air tools, assembly fixtures and equipment

• Manage & perform preventative maintenance as needed

• Manage tool inventory, costs, records, initiate ordering or outside repairs as needed

• Setup, adjust, and repair tool lubricating system

• Setup Air Tools for new cells and determine proper tooling for new applications

• Perform miscellaneous repairs on assembly equipment as needed to keep production lines running

• Troubleshoot and perform appropriate repairs or coordinate repairs of specialized equipment

• Perform periodic inspections of assembly equipment to maintain proper and safe operation (lift devices, tool stand fuel system, etc.)

• Maintain inventories of specific purchased parts used for assembly

• Perform and assist others in projects that improve key metrics

THE QUALIFICATIONS…

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Minimum of 1 month related experience and/or training

• Fork Lift and Scissor Lift experience preferred

• Welding experience preferred
