Raytheon’s Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer, Exportability (XP) Regression Lead as part of the Long Range Radars Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the leading and performing XP regression activities in advanced radar systems. This role requires an understanding of radar platforms, system integration and test principles, and exportability techniques to ensure successful implementation.
What You Will Do
- Support implementation of Exportability solutions into RTX products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, testing, and validation to ensure successful integration and functionality of exportability capabilities.
- Develop and execute regression plans, schedules, and procedures to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Perform system-level analyses and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
- Conduct system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.
- Understanding, and compliance with, DoD technology release and export licensing policies.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with MATLAB, Linux, Unix, shell scripting, and/or other programming language.
- Experience with systems integration, system test, data analysis, and/or system verification.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Advanced Degree in a related field
- Experience performing test analysis, integrating and configuring electronics, installing/debugging software.
- Experience with String/HWIL test equipment, RF electronic hardware configure/install, software installation, and radar integration/regression testing.
- Experience with creating integration test procedures, test plans, test scripts, developing and maintaining configuration control documentation, and navigating through test setup schematics.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies/DevSecOps, (PI) Planning/team meetings, JIRA/Confluence, backlog execution, performance analysis, and issue investigation.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
