Day to day as a Operations Support Director

As the Operations Support Director at Wisper ISP, you'll have the exciting responsibility of overseeing all day-to-day operations related to logistics, facilities, fleet, and warehouse operations. You'll also be a strategic partner, working closely with our Leadership team to shape the future of our organization. Your confident leadership skills will shine as you hire, develop, coach, and manage our incredible teams. And let's not forget about the budget and procurement responsibilities - you'll be in charge of ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of company-wide inventory, Wisper properties, and our fleet of equipment and vehicles.

Requirements for this Operations Support Director job

To thrive as the Operations Support Director at Wisper ISP, you'll need a proven track record in various areas. You'll need at least 3+ years of experience in DOT regulation compliance and fleet management to navigate the intricacies of our operations.

In addition, your 5+ years of people and budget management experience will be crucial in leading and overseeing our teams and financial resources. As the strategic mastermind behind our logistics operations, your 5+ years of supply chain or warehouse strategy design and execution experience will be pivotal in optimizing our processes. Proficiency in business management software is a must, as you'll be leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

To qualify for this role, you'll need a Bachelor's Degree or higher in supply chain management, transportation, economics, business administration, project management, or a related field. However, equivalent work experience will also be considered, as we value practical expertise.

Knowledge & skills required for the position are:

• 3+ years of DOT regulation compliance experience
• 3+ years of fleet management experience
• 5+ years of people management experience
• 5+ years of budget management experience
