Locaria is central to the global content solution of Stagwell, the challenger advertising network.</p><p>We have been recognized by the following awards:</p><ul> <li>Home to the Association of Translation Companies’ Innovator of the Year</li> <li>Shortlisted for three business awards by The Drum</li> <li>Named "Best Workplace for Training & Personal Development" by Adaptive</li> <li>Recognised as Top mid-market language service providers by Nimdzi Insights</li> </ul><p>We have an exciting opening for a Senior Translation Project Manager (Senior Content Analyst) based in Warsaw, to support the management of full-cycle localisation and translation projects in the website localisation industry. </p><p>The role will report into our Localisation Team Lead in Madrid.</p><p>This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is keen to be part of a team performing to the highest standards and to be interacting with our global wider team, but who is also able and motivated to work autonomously to support Locaria’s deliveries during a busy season.</p><p>Locaria is the Winner of the 'Best Language Service Provider for Training and Personal Development Award' at BELA 2022 (Best Employers in Localization Awards, Adaptive Globalization)</p><p>The Office<br/>This position is based in our Warsaw office.</p><p>Working hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm local time</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul> <li>Set up, manage and run the full cycle of localisation projects</li> <li>Prepare and analyse files using our CAT tool and integrated project management system</li> <li>Create orders in our management platform and keep project admin updated at all times</li> <li>Liaise with internal and external production teams, clients and linguists, allocate jobs and monitor workflows</li> <li>Follow QA processes and comply with relevant and applicable procedures</li> <li>Prepare and maintain project documentation (briefs, TMs, glossaries/TBs, style guides)</li> <li>Ensure feedback is fully analysed, onboarded, communicated to all relevant parties and all material is updated accordingly.</li> <li>Ensure all SLAs are applied and client satisfaction is ensured, for successful account management.</li> <li>Raise any questions or concerns with your line manager in order to identify and solve any potential questions/issues. </li> <li>Communicate your findings to your manager and/or colleagues to contribute to team learning.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Proven experience of +5 years as a project manager in the localisation industry </li> <li>Translation, linguistic or communication degree/ qualification </li> <li>Proven experience working with CAT tools (e.g. Phrase)</li> <li>Experience with Translation Management Systems (TMS, e.g. Plunet) is a plus</li> <li>Proven experience of client communication and account management </li> <li>Fluent English written and verbal communication skills </li> <li>Being a native speaker of one more language is a plus </li> <li>Ability to work independently, great organizational skills and attention to detail </li> <li>Proactive approach to work – bringing ideas and questions to the team </li> <li>Passionate about languages </li> </ul><p>You’ll live up to the Locarian Values:</p><ul> <li>We take content further</li> <li>We grow together</li> <li>Celebrating Individuality</li> <li>Doing good along the way</li> <li>With care</li> </ul><p>D&I statement</p><p>Locaria is global by nature and vastly strengthened by multicultural, international and eclectic teams.
