Job Description

We are looking to hire a Manager, Product Line Management – Global Healthcare, the successful candidate will manage the healthcare primary packaging product lines globally to promote circularity, enhance profitability and accelerate growth. This position will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and R&D to develop and manage the product line to deliver consistent, profitable volume growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a global scope of ~$350m, with majority of activity located in North America.

Key Responsibilities/Accountability:

• Own and cyclically refresh the global product, market and asset strategy for the healthcare primary packaging portfolio (bottles and closures), optimizing for profitability, ROI and growth
• Drive strategic execution across regions, through senior leadership alignment and systematic implementation — including capital allocation, optimal asset utilization and targeted commercial initiatives
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance across geographies; identify risks and opportunities and translate these into actio
