Your Career
You will join an exciting and high-growth business unit within Palo Alto Networks, positioning the industry’s most comprehensive cloud-native security platform. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in executing and coordinating efforts across various teams, including sales operations, IT and systems, enablement, data, and finance. Your primary focus will be as a key stakeholder in the development of propensity modeling through data science.
Prisma Cloud is building a best-in-class enterprise digital marketing and sales motion for FY24. As the overall program manager, you will work with the executive sponsor hand-in-hand to define and scale it from ground up.
You have the opportunity to define and scale this program to drive meaningful net new customers for Prisma Cloud.
Your Impact
- Lead the program management effort for an exciting new digital sales go to market motion at Prisma Cloud
- Develop project plans, milestones and track deliverables as the program is deployed across various geographies
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (strategy, product, sales, IT, finance) and external teams to push for the progress of the project and drive alignment on the operational level
- Define project metrics, analyze qualitative and quantitative input/output data to translate into actionable insights and executive readouts
- Collaborate with sales operations and marketing operations to identify areas to improve operational efficiency
- Partner with the enablement team to develop training programs and resources that empower our salesforce
- Engage with the data, finance and strategy teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data for informed decision-making
- Lead and contribute to the development of propensity to buy modeling through data science, driving actionable insights to enhance sales strategies
Qualifications
Your Experience
- 7+ years of experience in roles related to sales operations, business operations, program management, or cross-functional GTM coordination
- 3+ years in direct GTM program management experience, with prior experience in streamlining sales processes and optimizing IT systems for sales teams
- Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS software sales motion with ability to recommend and debate the program design choices preferred
- Motivated, execution-oriented, high-performance individual with strong process and organizational capabilities and a desire to improve processes
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with a strong understanding of data science principles
- Proficiency in tools (powerpoint, excel, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.)
- Familiarity with sales enablement and training program development
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with various teams and prepare executive readouts on the program
- Self-starter, a can-do attitude, and ability to work with minimal direction
- Bachelor’s degree required, Masters (MBA) degree preferred or equivalent military experience required
- SF Bay Area candidate, who can be in office 3 days/week
