Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Employee Focused Onboarding Support

• Be the face of IT for new employees, delivering high-touch, onsite support to ensure a smooth and confident start.
• Set up computers, configure SaaS tools, and verify connectivity across systems (email, applications, printers, mobile, etc.).
• Troubleshoot in real-time during onboarding and follow up with staff to ensure all technical needs are fully resolved.
• Serve as a front-line Tier 1 support liaison, escalating Tier 2 issues to IT Management promptly and professionally.

Operational and Technical Excellence

• Track, maintain, and organize the onboarding calendar to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Manage and maintain IT inventory with precision and accuracy, ensuring equipment is readily available and properly tracked.
• Document solutions and troubleshooting steps to maintain consistency and build internal knowledge.

Collaborative Project Work

• Support IT-led projects, contributing to both planning and execution phases as directed by IT Management.
• Perform basic account provisioning and management in Active Directory and Office 365 environments.
