Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for various tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Processing:
• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Record and report discrepancies and damages.
• Accurately enter received inventory into the warehouse management system.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
• Ensure accuracy in order picking and packing.
• Label and securely pack products for shipment.
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Organize and store stock in designated locations, ensuring efficient use of space.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overages to the Warehouse Manager.
• Warehouse Maintenance:
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of warehouse equipment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Shipping and Receiving:
• Prepare and print shipping labels, packing slips, and other documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers.
• Track and report shipment status.
• General Support:
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Support other warehouse functions and special projects as required.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
