With our extensive experience and expertise, we have become a go-to resource for tackling these challenges head-on. Job Description: As a Food and Beverage Manager, a professional who is responsible for managing and overseeing food and beverage operations inn a hospitality establishment. They oversee ensuring high-quality service, effective cost management, guest satisfaction, and employee morale.The Food and Beverage Manager’s duties include managing the day-to-day operations, developing menus, purchasing supplies, training and supervising staff, maintaining health and safety standards, and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability. They also monitor customer feedback, resolve issues, and strive to continuously improve the overall guest experience. Responsibilities:·         Manage all F&B and day-to- day operations within budgeted guidelines and to corporate standards.·         Schedule for all F&B operations, including banquets.·         Provide Banquet operations, planning, and execution of events across multiple properties.·         Plan and oversee Banquet Food preparation.·         Order food and supplies for restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.·         Maintain Inventories and par levels for restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.·         Provide excellent levels of internal and external customer service.·         Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.·         Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personal.·         Build good relationships between departments.·         Provide accurate payroll information for the various F&B Operations.·         Provide daily feedback to management regarding F&B operations.·         Comply with all state, local, and corporate health, and safety standards. Requirements:·         Proven food and beverage management experience.·         Working knowledge of various computer software programs.·         Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.·         Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.·         Communication and leadership skills.·         Up to date with F&B certifications.·         Knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.·         Ability to manage personnel and meet financial and labor targets.·         Guest-oriented and service minded. EEOC Statement: Summit Management Corp is an equal opportunity employer.
