Job Summary:

Everest Global Services, a member of Everest Group, Ltd., is seeking a Financial Systems Manager - Oracle EPM within its Corporate Finance Department. This position will head up the Oracle EPM team, work closely with the business teams to enhance the organization’s financial reporting capabilities and provide overall support of Oracle Cloud application.

This is a hybrid position working 3 days in office, 2 remote in our Warren, NJ headquarters. 

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the Oracle EPM team.

• Implement and recommend process changes/improvements within the financial close process.

• Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle EPM related activities.

• Research and develop future enhancements and system capabilities.

• Configure application components including reconciliations, reports, security, and process management modules.

• Manage integrations and data quality processes (validations, mappings, transformations)

• Through financial systems, support business needs surrounding the monthly close process, planning and forecasting, quarterly/annual financial statements and audits.

• Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure financial systems meet the needs of users and comply with financial controls.

• Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field including one of the following: Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems.

• A minimum of 7 years Financial Systems experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Financials

  • Oracle Cloud Experience Preferred

• Experience with some of the following ERP and or EPM modules: FAH, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Procurement, Fixed Assets, FCCS, EPBCS, EDM and PCM

• In depth understanding of Oracle modules, configurations, and integrations points.

• Experience with one or more Oracle reporting tools SmartView, Narrative Reporting, OTBI, BI Publisher, or Financial Reporting

• Experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financials a plus.

• Experience & creativity in troubleshooting data conversions, integrations, and/or software application problems.

• PL/SQL skills

• Insurance experience a plus
