Job Description: Operations Administrative Analyst 

Reports to: Senior Vice President of Operations   

Summary/Objective: 

Concerto Renal Services is seeking an Operations Administrative Analyst to support the development and optimization of the Operations department.  This role is responsible for data analysis, process optimization, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination across Concerto’s markets.   

Essential Functions:  

• Data Analysis for Operations: Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. 

• Digital Tool Integration: Work with platforms like Concerto’s EMR, Microsoft BI, Salesforce, automation software, and dashboards to streamline workflows. 

• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and operational metrics to assess performance and recommend adjustments. 

• Insights Generation: Translate complex data into actionable insights for operations team decision-makers. 

• Process Optimization: Use analytics to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. 

• Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with finance, clinical, logistics, and HR to support operational goals.  

• Administrative support for operational initiatives and projects. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Administrative Assistant Functions- Provide executive-level administrative support, prepare reports and presentations,  

• Navigator program support- Coordinate list of patients with finance to identify patients appropriate for program.  Assist with coordination of all necessary paperwork and tracking in coordination with social workers.  

• Financial KPIs- Collaborate with the Finance Team to coordinate the analysis and interpretation of financial and operational data to drive strategic decision-making.  Identify trends, variances, and opportunities across key financial KPIs.   

• Audit Management- Ensure compliance with audits to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. (Delayed treatment reporting, Labor attestation reporting, Timbre, Monthly Facility Audits, Technical Audits, Missed Treatment/Hospitalization Analysis)  

• Develop survey Plan of Care tool kit based on previous POCs to streamline the survey process.  

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree required 

• Analytic tools and digital platforms: Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Salesforce 

• Business acumen: Understanding of operational workflows and strategic goals 

• Communication: Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

• Undergraduate degree required 

Annual Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
