About the Role:

The Process Technologist is a key position in the Ferrero Organization, and in collaboration with Quality Assurance and Production, guarantee the proper application of the procedures using specifications, standards and methods to measure and monitor the development of the process in the product, during production. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for defining and controlling the technological process;
  • You will be responsible for carrying out calculations and analyzes for the needs of new technological processes;
  • You responsibility will be to stadardize technological parameters and optimize the product production process;
  • You will be responsible for preparing and supervising technological documentation of the production process;
  • Monitoring the sensory properties of products and semi-finished products;
  • You will be responsible for organizing and conducting technological trials; 
  • Cooperation with other departments.

Profile:

  • Master's degree in Food Engineering and Technology;
  • Previous experience on similar role is mandatory;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Access, Excel, Word);
  • Good command of English and Polish is a must, Italian is nice to have;
  • Good organization of work and analytical skills;
  • Initiative in work, involvement in the implementaion of task and goals.
