POSITION:   The ERP Production Assistant is responsible for warehouse office support functions for the operations and sales teams, production data reporting and oversees ecommerce order processing.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Reports to ERP Production Analyst Lead
• Motivates, supports, and provides guidance to other staff members.
• Communicates regularly with Production Manager/Ops Manager regarding problems or issues impacting administrative tasks.
• Sustains the flow of information sharing/data documentation between Main Office and production/shipping fulfillment teams.
• Monitors data and reports available, which are necessary for the smooth running of production/shipping fulfillment and LiveTrends data processing.
• Responsible for assigned focus tasks (examples may include PW maintenance, RFP/Delivery, Shipping Documents, Supply Acquisition)
• Supports other administrative assistant team members as time allows.
• Ability to assist  Production Manager/Ops Manager confidently and proactively with production/shipping fulfillment teams.
• Update weekly output production reports on Egnyte. 

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Exceptional analytical ability toward solving production-related concerns.
• Ability to work independently under the Production Manager, and as part of a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work extended hours to meet deadlines, when necessary.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to climb or balance as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs pounds.
• Contribute to team effort by demonstrating our company core values.
