Akoya Behavioral Health is a clinician owned and operated in-home ABA program specializing in children with autism. Our clinical team is lead by a BCBA with over 20 years of experience in the ABA field, having served families and children in more than a dozen different states.

Job Title: BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Company: Akoya Behavioral Health  

Location: Dearborn, MI

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time 

​​Role and Responsibilities​ 

Primary Responsibilities 

• Oversight of clinical programming for a caseload of clients 
• Support, training, and supervision of RBTs assigned 
• Completion of initial and ongoing assessments for clients and potential clients 
• Data analysis and treatment adjustment for clients on caseload 
• Implementation of ongoing caregiver support 

Secondary Responsibilities 

• Development of training platforms 
• Development of clinical staff feedback systems 
• Oversight of clinical documentation quality

​​Qualifications and Education Requirements​ 

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or related field 
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst 
• Licensure in the state of Michigan as a Behavior Analyst 

​​Preferred Skills​ 

• Management of employees and RBTs 
• Strong interpersonal skills
