The Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable will work with the wider Finance team to ensure financial reporting accuracy and contribute to an effective internal control environment. The role will support broad company initiatives and interact with key internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure financial information is recorded and communicated in a timely and precise manner
• Work under limited supervision, both independently and within a team environment
• Frequent contact with external 3rd party vendors

Job Responsibilities

Accounts Payable function:

• Verification of invoices to ensure compliance with audit and tax invoice requirement, finance authorization approval, and internal process.
• Assist with vendor setup and vendor call backs for bank details verifications.
• Match purchase invoices received to purchase orders, code and process the invoices, and gain the relevant invoice approvals through Finance systems
• Review supplier statements along with the aged creditors on a weekly basis to ensure invoices are being paid within credit terms, and follow up on any outstanding invoices with the relevant approver
• Arrange and manage Bi-monthly payment run cycle or ad-hoc payment run.
• Assist the Finance Team with inputting supplier payments onto Yardi and file paid invoices
• Deal with supplier queries and monitor the accounts email inbox on a daily basis
• Check monthly employee expense claims before passing to Manager, Finance for processing
• Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

Other Task :

• Assist in Month End closing when necessary
• Assist in Finance sub functions task when necessary
• Assist in finance project integration and migration to Yardi system.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Accounting diploma/degree or candidate pursuing professional certification
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, strongly preferred
• Experience of working in a Data Center or Critical Infrastructure environment, preferred but not essential
• Experience in using Yardi system, preferred but not essential
• Experience in dealing with customer issues and problem solve
• Able to plan, organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft desktop, as well as Microsoft Office 365
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with vendors and other service providers
• Work effectively in collaboration cross-functionally to achieve shared goals and deliver business objectives
• Potential employees must complete a background check successfully
• Meticulous, analytical independent, a good team player and possess good communication skills as well as the ability to deliver quality work within stipulated timeline.
• Able to multi-task and work within tight timelines
