The Product Management team at Rubrik drives forward Rubrik’s vision, ensuring we continue to deliver on our market-leading platform as we address our customers' most challenging data management concerns. Our mission is to deliver the best application aware backups, helping customers to secure their data, while ensuring that we do not compromise on the end to end user experience we offer.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for the strategy and roadmap of Rubrik’s Cloud Storage & Archive products as well as management of Rubrik clusters via Rubrik Security Cloud.

 What you’ll be doing:

• Set clear vision and strategy for Cloud Storage and cluster management products on Rubrik Security Cloud.
• Collaborate with sales, support and customers to create market leading product features and delightful user experience.
• Ensure high quality product decisions that are grounded in customer & partner research and align with Rubrik’s broader Data Security product strategy.
• Build key cross functional relationships with Go-To-Market, Marketing, Sales & support.

Skills & Experience you’ll need

• You are sharp, analytical and have a passion for understanding customers’ needs today and tomorrow, and defining products to meet these needs. 
• You understand the enterprise data centers and Public Clouds.
• You’re technically adept and have a background in engineering or relevant experience in a technical role.
• You have at least 4 years of Product Management experience
• Knowledge of public cloud storage, is a plus

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US Pay Range$168,000—$252,000 USD
