About the role

<p>As part of the strengthening of the activities of an international maritime company operating an offshore support vessel fleet, we are looking for a <strong>Technical Solutions &amp; Standards Manager</strong> to join the Asset Management division.</p><p>Reporting to senior technical leadership, you will play a key role in defining, driving and promoting maintenance and reliability standards across the fleet. Acting as a technical reference within the organisation, you will lead improvement initiatives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and support the continuous enhancement of maintenance performance and asset reliability.</p><p>Your main mission is to analyse, structure and improve technical processes in order to reduce failures, enhance vessel performance and optimise fleet availability.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Maintenance Process Improvement</h3><ul><li>Analyse existing maintenance practices across the fleet</li><li>Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement</li><li>Develop and deploy standardised maintenance processes</li><li>Contribute to the structuring and optimisation of Planned Maintenance Programmes (PMP)</li><li>Promote best practices and ensure alignment across technical teams</li><li>Coordinate stakeholders involved in maintenance optimisation initiatives</li></ul><p><strong>Objective:</strong> Improve consistency, reliability and efficiency of maintenance practices across the fleet.</p><h3>Failure Analysis &amp; Reliability Improvement</h3><ul><li>Lead or participate in the analysis of Unplanned Maintenance Periods (UPMP)</li><li>Conduct and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for significant technical events</li><li>Ensure effective implementation and follow-up of corrective actions</li><li>Capture lessons learned and prevent recurrence of failures</li><li>Drive reliability improvement initiatives across the fleet</li></ul><p><strong>Objective:</strong> Reduce recurring failures and maximise vessel availability.</p><h3>Technical Performance Monitoring</h3><ul><li>Analyse maintenance and reliability data to assess fleet performance</li><li>Identify trends, recurring issues and areas of concern</li><li>Contribute to the development of performance monitoring and reporting tools</li><li>Present findings and recommendations to management and technical stakeholders</li><li>Support data-driven decision-making through technical analysis</li></ul><p><strong>Objective:</strong> Strengthen fleet performance through measurable and actionable insights.</p><h3>Standards, Governance &amp; Technical Leadership</h3><ul><li>Define, maintain and promote fleet-wide maintenance and reliability standards</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to vessel and shore-based teams</li><li>Facilitate knowledge sharing and lessons-learned processes</li><li>Contribute to technical procedures, policies and continuous improvement programmes</li><li>Act as a focal point for maintenance and reliability best practices</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving technical, operational and asset management teams</li></ul><p><strong>Objective:</strong> Drive technical excellence, consistency and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.</p><h3>Lifecycle &amp; Asset Management</h3><ul><li>Monitor equipment obsolescence and associated risks</li><li>Contribute to upgrade, refurbishment and modernisation programmes</li><li>Support the long-term technical evolution of the fleet</li><li>Work closely with Life Cycle Management and New Build teams</li><li>Provide technical input for strategic asset management decisions</li></ul><p><strong>Objective:</strong> Anticipate future technical challenges and support sustainable fleet development.</p>
