Our team is committed to supporting employees in their professional development, well-being, and overall job satisfaction, ensuring that every individual feels valued and empowered to make a difference.</p> <p><strong>The opportunity and responsibilities :</strong></p> <p>As a Workplace Experience assistant (Apprenticeship), you’ll join the Ankorstore People team on a mission to enable every team member to thrive and to rewild work. </p> <p>Reporting to the People Development and Experience manager and in collaboration with the Internal communication manager, your main missions will be: </p> <p>Workplace Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure that we provide the best experience for our office-based and remote-based employees across Europe </li> <li>Manage and coordinate the onboarding process and the welcoming of newcomers to Ankorstore</li> <li>Design and implement rituals to foster team-spirit in partnership with People Partners and Managers</li> <li>Organize online and in-person events (breakfast, parties, offsites…)</li> <li>Coordinate day-to-day office management activities </li> </ul> <p>Internal communication:</p> <ul> <li>Contribute to building the internal communication calendar for the whole company</li> <li>Promote events and initiatives to foster team-spirit</li> <li>Propose adapted and innovative ways to communicate and reinforce the sense of belonging at Ankorstore</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your profile:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You are preparing to graduate from a Communication or Design school (Bac+4/Bac+5)</li> <li>You are described as someone detail-oriented &amp; organized while being practical and proactive</li> <li>You’re able to write and speak fluently both in English and French, additional European languages are a plus</li> <li>You are comfortable with Google suite and master communication and design tools</li> <li>You are a team player and able to coordinate with various types of stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits/Perks </strong></p> <p>At Ankorstore we offer a versatile range of benefits to support employees' well-being and work-life balance, fostering personal growth within an innovative and adaptable work environment.</p> <ul> <li>We are a remote-friendly company; depending on your role, you will have a full remote or a hybrid contract</li> <li>All of our employees are automatically covered by Health Insurance &amp; Life Insurance.
