JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lab Supervisor to lead all lab operations under the guidance of the Lab Manager at our Lincoln, IL site. This position will lead a team of lab technicians in all daily functions while ensuring safety and GMP adherence. 

CORE JOB DUTIES 

Leadership: 

• Serves as a role-model and resource for manufacturing agent/technicians concerning products and services, policies and procedures, and industry news. ​ 
• Responsible for facilitating daily meetings with staff. Delegates manufacturing tasks to leads, agents and technicians as needed.  
• Respond to all manufacturing agents’ and technicians’ questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts. 
• Responsible for time and performance management of agents, leads, and technicians. Including approving timecards in our personnel management system and ensuring assigned training is completed in a timely manner.  

 Seed to Sale System: 

• Manage manufacturing inventory and audit trail investigations to ensure adherence to state regulations and accuracy. 
• Investigate and report on audit trails and inventory discrepancies. 
• Perform and train leads on all relevant procedures. 

 Manufacturing: 

• Responsible for manufacturing schedule adherence 
• Responsible for managing Fresh Frozen transfers, manifests, and tracking.  
• Responsible for pre- and post-processing equipment maintenance planning and completion. 
• Monitor and maintain all relevant Cresco Labs standards for safety and good manufacturing practices. ​ 
• Monitor, train and perform all relevant manufacturing extractions, pre-, and post-processing tasks assigned to leads, technicians, and agents. 
• Collaborate with R+D on occasion. 
• Monitor and execute proper decision making related to product testing. 
• Ensures consistency and efficacy of products.
