In 2022, The Boeing Company reaffirmed its commitment to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) with $8 Million investment through Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), building on the partnership initially launched in 2018. This strategic investment is meant to help the company build the pipeline of technical talent through scholarships, experiential learning opportunities, high-touch collaboration, and career pathway opportunities for students including intern and entry level hiring.
