About the RoleIn the Prelitigation Department, you’ll play a critical role in delivering value-driven results for our clients. You’ll manage 65-75 cases at any given time and work with any one of our high performing attorneys. You must have at least 3 years of Personal Injury Experience.  What You’ll Do:

• Medically manage cases by ensuring clients receive the care they need.
• Oversee liability, uninsured, and underinsured motorist claims.
• Handle property damage claims and prepare demand packages.
• Maintain clear, compassionate communication with clients throughout their journey.
• Collaborate with attorneys and leadership to ensure optimal case outcomes.

 Pre-Litigation Department Highlights:
