Business Analyst Senior | Hybrid

Liaison with key Business Stakeholders and IT in the analysis and delivery of enhancements, projects and products. Execute, with advanced ability, assessing and documenting business risks, creating business cases, identifying impacted partners, developing communication plans, creating As Is/To Be process flows, facilitating and documenting gap analysis, and facilitating JAR sessions. Responsible, with expert ability, of multiple business requirement elicitation methods, assessing business impacts, writing clear, and accurate requirements, business requirement peer reviews, business requirement traceability to technical requirements, planning/coordination of User Acceptance Testing, production validation, training/SOP support, and project transition planning. Provides mentorship and guidance to other business analysts. Must possess expert knowledge level in one Allianz business line with intermediate understanding of the other business lines. You will report to the AVP, Product Management RSP.

 

What you do:

 

• You will lead the building business cases outlining scope and identifying partners; facilitates and documents As Is, To Be and Gaps Analysis of Business processes
• Elicit, analyze and document concise, detailed requirements and ensures technical requirements & design meet and support our needs
• Plans , coordinates, and executes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the solution delivered meets our needs
• Provides oversight for business readiness plans, including communication, training and production validation
• You will mentor and guide other business analysts and conduct peer reviews of our requirements

 

What you bring:

 

• 6-7 years experience required, Business Analysis in Financial Services and/or Insurance Industry; demonstrated accomplishments in implementing projects and other projects
• Four-year degree required, or equivalent work experience
• Licensing/Certification/Other, CCBA or equivalent required upon reaching certification eligibility requirements or ability to obtain within 360 days of employment for internal hires; CBAP a plus. External hires are required to obtain certification within 180 days of employment.
