Working independently, you'll manage your own daily schedule, visiting addresses where no TV licence is recorded and helping customers understand their licensing obligations.</p><p></p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><p>Visiting residential addresses throughout the TN1 postcode area</p></li><li><p>Speaking with customers professionally and respectfully</p></li><li><p>Explaining TV Licensing requirements and available options</p></li><li><p>Setting up payment plans where appropriate</p></li><li><p>Recording visit outcomes accurately using mobile technology</p></li><li><p>Making informed decisions and working independently in the field</p></li><li><p>Occasionally attending court as part of the enforcement process</p></li></ul><p></p><p>You'll start and finish your day from home, travelling locally using either a company vehicle or your own vehicle. Full training and equipment will be provided to help you succeed in the role.</p><p></p><div><h2><b>What We're Looking For</b></h2><p>We're looking for confident, resilient and customer-focused individuals who enjoy working independently and engaging with people from all walks of life.</p><p></p><p>To be successful in this role, you'll need:</p><ul><li><p>A full UK driving licence (essential)</p></li><li><p>To live within the TN1 postcode area</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>The ability to remain calm, professional and resilient in a variety of customer situations</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement</p></li><li><p>Good attention to detail and accuracy when recording information</p></li><li><p>Confidence working independently and managing your own workload</p></li><li><p>Basic IT skills and confidence using mobile devices and applications</p></li><li><p>A positive attitude and willingness to learn</p></li><li><p>Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable. More importantly, we're looking for people who can demonstrate professionalism, empathy, resilience and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.</p><p></p><div><h2><b>Working Pattern</b></h2><p>To support customers at times that suit them best, you'll work <b>12 of your 36.5 weekly hours between 4pm and 9pm Monday to Friday, or at any time during weekends</b>.
