As a Business Analytics Consultant Senior within PNC's Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling Marketing and Customer Analytics organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.We are looking for an analyst to join the Marketing and Customer Analytics Modeling team. In this role, you will be working with model developers to perform model monitoring tasks and managing all compliance and governance related tasks on models.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage model monitoring timeline
• Perform model assessments and communicate results to the modeling team and key stakeholders
• Creating and submitting model assessment results to Model Governance
• Interface with Regulatory partners in observance of guidelines and requirements and ensure model compliance
• Creating and maintaining model performance and production monitoring dashboards
• Working with the modeling team to resolve model related issues
Preferred skills and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Analytically minded, knowledgeable in modeling methodologies, particularly, predictive modeling methodologies.
• Some hands-on modeling experience is a plus
• Ability to code in SQL and Python

Job Description
- Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
- Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
- Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
- Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.
- Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
