<strong>At Axians, we value talent, not labels. </strong><br/> <br/> We believe in a culture of inclusion, where everyone has a place and all applications are considered based on merit, without discrimination. <br/> <br/> This is your opportunity to join an international group with a project that needs you to help meet the challenges of digital transformation. <br/> <br/> <br/> <b> </b>💻<b> </b><b>THE ROLE</b><br/> <br/> We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a <strong>Application Support (Senior)</strong> for a national project.<br/> <br/> <b>🙂 </b><b>YOUR DAY TO DAY</b> <ul> <li>Monitor and maintain the Application at the scope ensuring high availability and performance;</li> <li>Actively collaborate in incident management, problem resolution;</li> <li>Ensure the implementation and compliance of ITIL Governance within IT Production (SLAs);</li> <li>Execute change requests and deployments following ITIL &amp; DevOps tools and processess;</li> <li>Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth business operations;</li> <li>Serve as a point of contact for the Development team, troubleshooting issues and coordinating fixes;</li> <li>Work closely with Scrum teams to design, deploy, and enhance systems;</li> <li>Implement upgrades, patches, and new functionalities while ensuring minimal impact on users;</li> <li>Maintain and update technical documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides;</li> <li>Share best practices and knowledge with the global support team to improve efficiency;</li> <li>Implement and optmize monitoring tools within produciton environment (Dynatrace);</li> <li>Collaborate with development and other relevant stakeholders to define effective observability and monitoring practices;</li> <li>Act as a promoter for awareness of observability aiming the early detection and resolution of potential issues.</li> </ul>                                                       <br/> <b>💡</b><b> WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</b> <ul> <li>+5 years of professional experience in similar roles;</li> <li>Experience with API, Application Servers and Kubernets (RedHat Jboss EAP 6.4 &amp; 7.0, OpenShift, API Gateway);</li> <li>Strong understanding of RHEL Linux OS;</li> <li>Knowledge of Dynatrace and other monitoring tools (ELK);</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD setup and optmization (GITLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Nexus Sonatype);</li> <li>Knowledge of relational DBs (MSSQL Server, Postgre);</li> <li>Exposure to cloud environments support;</li> <li>Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written &amp; spoken).</li> </ul> <br/> ⭐ <b>WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US</b><br/> <b>Stable professional career</b><br/> Working with Axians projects becomes an asset to those of us who want to offer stability through a secure career.<br/>  <br/> <b>Prospects for career advancement</b><br/> You can access training and new certifications that will further elevate your skills.
