The Funnel Management and Governance Leader will be responsible for driving the Cytiva PMO Funnel Management governance in conjunction with the Enterprise Prioritization Process (EPP) enabling Leadership a holistic view of the top business critical programs across Cytiva. Collaborate with Project & Enterprise Management Tools, Processes, Training and Systems across Cytiva.

This role will ensure that all Cytiva Funnel Leaders apply the Cytiva PMO and Danaher Business Systems (DBS) Standard Work for managing and executing project funnels, ultimately feeding into a Cytiva-wide Functional Project List & EPP to ensure Cytiva leadership has appropriate visibility to the most strategic and business-critical projects.

What You’ll Do  

• Create and govern Funnel Management Operating Mechanism across Cytiva
• Develop, promote, and collaborate Project Funnel Management (PFM) flows, tools, processes & related training material and library including but not limited to PFM Standard Work and Ways of Working
• Lead funnel management process network as a feeder into the EPP for business-critical programs incorporating functional and OpCo level funnels and/or PPGs. 
• Liaise with other OpCo, BU and functional Funnel Management leaders to develop an overarching Funnel Management Process, Pipeline and Runway
• Support PM Tools/Process & Learning & Development Pillar and Enterprise Management Pillar on as needed within Cytiva PMO
• Create mechanism for senior leadership transparency view of all large business critical programs in one dashboard with project health and resource indicators.

Who Are You

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or in a relevant field with equivalent practical experience with a strong acumen for Project Management
• Several years in leadership or project management related field 
• Lean, DBS, or other applicable continuous improvement process experience is a plus
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in applying an analytical approach to designing and managing PMO developed tools and processes using Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Office & Teams, Miro, Qlik and PowerBI

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in

• Effectively managing a Change Control & Version Control process
• Applying Continuous Improvement methodology to software / application, process and Standard Work
• Identifying and executing Change Management around software / application and process deployment
