We are hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) across Texas to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.
This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping children find their voice, strengthen their skills, and reach their full potential—all while working with a supportive, mission-driven team.

What You’ll Do
Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community
Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Document care in an electronic medical record system
Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Required:
Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas)
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing
Current CPR certification
Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Preferred:
Pediatric or home health experience
Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
Bilingual: English and Spanish
