Offers variety of work ranging from carpentry, painting, finishing and minor plumbing and electric

Schedule

• Full-time (40hrs/week).
• Day shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

What You'll Do

Repairs and maintains all plumbing, drains, piped systems, pumps and valves. Installs some new plumbing and fixtures during minor renovations. Monitors and verifies work performed by contracted plumbers/mechanical contractors. Works independently.

Requirements

• Clean driving record.
• Current driver's license.

Preferred Requirements

• 5+ years experience in commercial and/or hospital plumbing.
• Back flow preventer certification.
• Journeyman or city plumbing license.
