TITLE: Bilingual - Spanish Mental Health Therapist (multiple locations and programs in the Portland-Metro area)POSITION: Full-Time/ In-Person SALARY: $34.59/hr. - 42.57/hr. Position Summary:Morrison Child & Family Services is immediately hiring mental health therapists to join our outpatient teams!The Outpatient Mental Health Therapist position provides mental health treatment services for youth, ages 2-18, and their families. The position is in-person, but clients can receive services in-person or via telehealth. Therapists work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and their clients may also access skills training, case management, SUD treatment services, and medication management. The therapist’s caseload size is dependent on their program (clinic, community-based, or school-based) and on each of their clients’ level of need (level of care) and engagement.  The community-based position provides short-term (typically 6-8 months) intensive mental health services for youth and families experiencing acute behavioral health and crisis support needs. This position includes an on-call crisis line rotation, and therapists receive a stipend for each week they are on-call. There is also a $2,000 hiring bonus for the community-based position!  Duties and Responsibilities
