ProSidian Seeks a Project Engineer – Water Systems | Infrastructure Design & Water Treatment Engineering [PCBOCC0012011] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located CONUS - Pasco County Across The South East Region supporting Pasco County in enhancing performance, resilience, and sustainability of its water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems through comprehensive engineering, planning, environmental, and digital transformation services..
Seeking Project Engineer – Water Systems candidates with relevant Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Clients such as PCBOCC. This is a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Infrastructure Design & Water Treatment Engineering Functional Area Professional - Water, Wastewater, and Reclaimed Water Treatment & Storage Systems Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Water, Wastewater, and Reclaimed Water Treatment & Storage Systems (Project Engineer – Water Systems) in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (PCBOCC) | Pasco County Utilities Generally Located In CONUS - Pasco County and across the South East Region (Of Country/World).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Project Engineer – Water Systems | Infrastructure Design & Water Treatment Engineering [PCBOCC0012011]
- Design, develop, and manage delivery of water/wastewater systems and infrastructure expansion projects.; Conduct modeling, prepare specs/cost estimates, lead construction coordination, and support SCADA integration.; Ensure alignment with EIE sustainability and resilience standards during project delivery.
Qualifications
Desired Qualifications For Project Engineer – Water Systems | Infrastructure Design & Water Treatment Engineering [PCBOCC0012011] (PCBOCC0012011) Candidates:
- Bachelor’s in Civil/Environmental Engineering; PE license required or in progress.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
5–10 years experience in water/wastewater capital projects, planning, and design-build delivery.
Skills Required
- Hydraulic/hydrologic modeling, AutoCAD, cost estimation, GIS integration, Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
Competencies Required
- Project leadership, systems thinking, design innovation, stakeholder collaboration.
