Role Summary

This is a multi-faceted Physical Security Sr. Supervisor, Security position, supporting Special Programs and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) efforts at the Richardson Cityline TX Facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the oversight of the Cityline Physical Security program in a fast paced, success driven environment. This individual will be the prime Security interface with all levels of internal program management and government customers as well as daily oversight of the Cityline Site Guard Force.

What You Will Do:

• Interpret, implement, and ensure compliance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), Industrial Security Guidance Manuals, and Special Program Security Directives.
• Actively participate in all customer conducted inspections/reviews and implement necessary corrective actions
• Maintain documentation of Secure Area Physical Security inspections and recommended corrective actions
• Establish, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal as well as external customers
• Manage the construction of SAPFs and SCIFs in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 standards to include the submittal of pre-construction and accreditation packages, Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs), and Tempest assessments.
• Manage day to day Cityline Site Guard Force activities
• Manage external vendor support for various Security related Systems.  
• Attention to detail and follow-through when completing tasks

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to perform with minimal supervision
• Willing to travel on company business if needed
• Ability to display tact, discretion and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of Raytheon employees and management
• Prior Security experience.
• Typically requires a High school diploma and 12 years directly related working experience, or an Associate degree and 6 years directly related working experience, or a Bachelor’s degree 4 years directly related working experience

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Physical Security related experience (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Guard Management, etc.)
