SENIOR MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER

 

CONTEXT 

 

Richemont has a strong ambition to transform its business model towards New Retail. Part of this transformation is the Group Data Office that, among others, delivers Analytics & Data Science projects for the different Maisons.

The Analytics & Data Science team, belonging to “Group Data Office”, supports this vision by developing analytics and data science use cases, defining best practices across the group, and industrializing analytics & data science solutions. This team is recruiting a Senior ML Engineer to work under the Lead Machine Learning Engineer.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?  

 

• Develop components of the analytics and machine learning platform, including: infrastructure modules, reusable components for AI/Analytics applications or architecture templates
• Industrialize, maintain and improve AI and analytics solutions in Google Cloud Platform
• Manage the infrastructure with special focus on reliance, security and scalability
• Partner with Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Infrastructure & Data Engineers for the project delivery

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US? 

 

• Graduate in Master program in Engineering, Data Science, or related fields or equivalent professional experience

• Proficient in Python programming & SQL (5 years or more)
• Practical experience in MLOPs (3-5 years or more)
• Professional experience in Google Cloud Platform (2 years +)
• Practical experience with infrastructure as a code, ideally Terraform (1 years+)
• Knowledge of Data Engineering principles
• Knowledge of REST API and microservices
• A dynamic, innovative & pragmatic mindset to problem solving, and an ability to think critically and objectively, both independently & within a team 
• Proactive, curious and autonomous with a strong sense of ownership and always on the look to improve the current solutions

• Strong communication skills, English is a must, ease to collaborate in multicultural and multifunctional environments 
• Experience in Vertex AI and DBT is a plus
