As an experienced RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), you know the impact your work can have on the lives of your clients and their families.  You deserve to work for a company that understands the vital role you play and is as committed to you as you are to your work.   As an employee of KNR, you will receive exceptional support, ongoing training, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.  BENEFITS OF BEING AN RBT AT KNR:  Full-Time Schedule: * 32-40 hours/week based on client match and availability  * Must be available between 8 am and 5:30 pm - start and end times are firm* Break/personal time mid-day to use as desired    Benefits: Paid time off (PTO), 401K with company matching, health/vision/dental insurance, mental health care, employee assistance program, life insurance, short and long-term disability, and more  Paid Training: New hire training  2-6 week structured new hire training including the 40-hour RBT course (if not yet complete), Safety-Care, and Basic Life Support (BLS). Minimum of 20 hours per week during training Monthly group training, individual monthly professional development meetings, monthly team meetings and training, and individualized learning paths for ongoing training.  Compensation:  Tiered compensation structure based on experience Hourly rates between $18 and $22/hour  Merit-based compensation review every 6 months   POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and experience behavioral challenges.  In this position, you will be required to:* Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in our beautiful ABA centers, the client’s home, school, or in the community* Follow an individualized treatment plan created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to address and improve deficits including communication skills, sibling interactions, self-care and hygiene, health and safety awareness, daily routines, and transition skills* Collect data through observation and submit detailed session notes  * Participate in ongoing training and team meetings * Collaborate efficiently and effectively with supervisors and peers   POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * Current RBT certification or commitment to obtaining the RBT certification during training* Minimum of 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent* Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license* Ability to pass background and clearances including fingerprinting, state and federal criminal background checks, and child abuse clearances* Ability to remain professional and courteous when working in client’s homes* Physically able to run, sit, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 pounds* Ability to remain calm and administer CPR and First Aid in emergencies* Technical skills appropriate to maintain efficient and effective communication and keep accurate notes during sessions* Strong communication skills both written and verbal* Upholds KNRs mission and core values  KNR’s MISSION
