You will play a critical part in ensuring financial integrity and compliance within our operations, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Support the tracking and management of departmental budgets, expenditures, and forecasts</li> <li>Prepare and review documentation related to compliance activities</li> <li>Assist with audits and ensure that necessary audit documentation is compiled and maintained</li> <li>Collaborate with project teams to ensure budget adherence and compliance with regulatory requirements</li> <li>Participate in the development of compliance training initiatives for internal teams</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>At Excelya, taking audacious steps is encouraged, so we’re looking for individuals who are ready to grow with us and share our values.</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong> Previous experience in finance, accounting, or a compliance-related role is preferred. Familiarity with budgets in a clinical setting is a plus.</p><p><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency with financial software and spreadsheets.
