You'll be right at the forefront, working alongside our Meat Manager to ensure that our Meat Department is the epitome of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your dedication to the craft, combined with your leadership skills, will make every carnivorous connoisseur's experience unparalleled.

What You'll Do:

• Aid in the selection, preparation, and display of premium cuts, ensuring top-notch quality and freshness.
• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the meat department.
• Guide and train meat department staff, fostering an environment of impeccable service.
• Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and ensure their experience is second to none.
• Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety in meat preparation and storage areas.
• Stay updated with the latest meat trends, preparation techniques, and customer preferences.
• Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.
