If you are ready to lead from the front and make every play count, we are looking forward to hear from you!</p><p><strong>OVERVIEW:</strong></p><p>As the <strong>Senior People Advisory Manager for Germany</strong> you will lead the overall People Agenda in Germany. Your role involves overseeing and coaching People Advisors and Office Managers who will report into you, collaborating with our global People Partners and managers in all aspects of People operations, to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.</p><p>You will work with Legal to make sure all Managing Directors are updated as appropriate and needed, and you will work closely with Site Directors/Head of Operations in multiple sites. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and deep knowledge of People best practices and compliance regulations specific to Germany.</p><p><strong>THE CHALLENGE:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>HR Process Optimization:</strong> Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and leverage technology to automate routine tasks where possible. Partner with People Operations team to identify potential administrative tasks to automate.</li><li><strong>Employee Relations:</strong> Serve as a point of contact and country subject matter expert for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure compliance and maintain positive employee relations. Here you will partner with Divisional People Advisors on a best practice approach and development of training to rectify issues where applicable.</li><li><strong>Performance Management: </strong>Assist in managing the mid-year and annual performance management processes, including coaching managers through goal-setting and feedback process. Collaborate with global People Partners and managers to identify performance gaps, providing coaching and support on effective performance management throughout the year.</li><li><strong>Talent Acquisition and Onboarding</strong>: Partner with the recruitment team and Divisional People Partner to develop and implement effective strategies for attracting top talent for the country. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the organization.</li><li><strong>HR Analytics and Reporting</strong>: Utilize HR tools, data and analytics to drive insights and make data-driven decisions. Develop and maintain HR regional metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.</li><li><strong>Compliance, Risk Management, HR Policies, Health & Safety</strong>: Stay up to date on country, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are following relevant legislation. Partner with Compliance and Risk to ensure employee data integrity as well as relevant trainings are implemented. Stay responsible for Health and Safety compliance requirements, building up competencies locally (either through People or Office Leads). Manage grievances and investigations. Ensure a good relationship with unions and employee representatives.</li><li><strong>Operational and administrative support:</strong><u> </u>Oversight operational and administration support and information. Is responsible for Personal data accuracy, immediate maintenance and protection in all HR systems. Manage employment records, documents and personal files, keep them accurate and up to date.
