In this role, you will work one-on-one with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions, focusing on improving functional abilities, fine motor skills, and activities of daily living (ADLs).</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a great opportunity for both experienced OTs and new graduates who are passionate about patient-centered care and want to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced outpatient setting.</p> <p> </p> <p>Full benefits at Prime Healthcare: https://www.primehealthcare.com/careers/benefits/  </p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p><em><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Deliver outpatient occupational therapy treatments focused on ADLs, fine motor skills, and upper extremity function</li> <li>Provide therapeutic activities, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training</li> <li>Educate patients on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs (HEP)</li> <li>Document care and monitor progress in EMR (Epic)</li> <li>Support orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation</li> <li>Ensure compliance with Medicare, CMS, and clinical guidelines</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><em><strong>Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers</strong></em><em><strong>.
