The Opportunity
 

"We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to support our Legal Executives and Legal team members. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency of our Legal staff, processes  and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Administrative Support, with proven experience in supporting Legal Executives.” – Vice President, Legal

What You’ll Contribute

  • Support Legal Executives.

  • Manage department and individual calendars, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and arranging conference calls.

  • Arrange travel, accommodations and other logistics pertaining to travel as requested.

  • Periodic support with SEC filing process.

  • Assist in preparing and managing presentations and PowerPoint decks.

  • Manage and execute mailings, notarizations, and procurement of apostilles.

  • Maintain and process outside counsel billing management system.

  • Monitor and maintain department subscriptions.

  • Process purchase requisitions and orders, generate expense reports, and process invoices.

  • Manage and support Board material creation and distribution and serve as primary recordkeeper for Board minutes and other records.

  • Respond to inside and outside audit requests.

  • Provide support for the company’s Whistleblower hotline.

  • Handle sensitive material at high level of confidentiality.

  • Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, including arranging space, food, beverage, and meeting materials.

What We’re Seeking

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Excellent organizational/prioritization, and interpersonal skills.

  • Superior written and verbal communication.

  • Detail orientated with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Advanced understanding of office management practices.

  • Extremely proficient with MS Office.

  • Familiarity with legal terminology.

  • The targeted base pay range for this role is: $70000 to $110000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
