Your Team, Your Impact

The Security Technology development team within Marvell Custom Compute and Storage Group is researching, designing, and developing a complete set of trusted platform software/firmware building blocks based on Marvell® embedded Hardware Security Module to support various security usage scenarios for AI, Storage, Networking, Automotive, and 5G.

What You Can Expect

We are looking for a qualified engineer to participate in designing, developing, enabling, and testing the advanced secure/trusted firmware and embedded system software stack. Candidates will get a chance to understand industry-leading security solutions and play a role in enabling those solutions for Marvell SoCs.

What We're Looking For

  • MS+ in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines; or BS in those disciplines plus 2+ years of experience in software/firmware development.
  • ARM or other embedded system development experiences;
  • C programming experience

  • Experience in any of the following areas will be a plus:
    • Hands on experience in FPGA or ARM core based development boards.
    • Platform boot, BootROM, and boot loader.
    • Linux device driver/HAL enabling/porting;
    • Python scripts;
    • Git/Gerrit/Repo experience;
    • HSM hardware security module;
    • ARM TrustZone, Trusted Firmware, Trusted Execution Environment;
    • Cryptography knowledge/Security protocols, e.g. data integrity, digital certificate, crypto schemes, IPSec, TLS/SSL, etc;
    • Any security usage scenario, e.g. secure boot, secure firmware update, etc.;

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

93,800 - 138,750, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
