Target pay: up to $26.50 based on experience + $0.50 shift differential
Shift Hours: 4pm - 1:30am (may vary based on business needs)
Position Summary:
This role will provide daily support to the Operations Supervisors, including escalating issues when appropriate, scheduling operational tasks, ensuring accountability, and monitoring KPIs. This role also includes the processing, packaging, and storage of supplies (including 5S), materials, and equipment. It is responsible for accounting for all materials and supplies, as well as auditing goods received. It also oversees the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, ensuring compliance with established procedures and SOPs. Additionally, it prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to manage the flow of goods and optimize warehouse space. The role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency of operating procedures, the utilization of space, and the maintenance and protection of the facilities and equipment.
What you bring to the role:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years experience in quality control in a warehouse environment
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate training for various departments
- Strong command of MS Office, specifically PowerPoint
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and navigate warehouse environment throughout the assigned shift
- Ability to lift 50lbs and withstand environmental temperature changes (heat in the summer and cold in the winter)

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
