Barback- Tin Rooster

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Continually monitors stock levels and obtains supplies and equipment for refreshment bars.
• Always ensures that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly.
• Daily performs routine inventory of all required refreshment bar items. Remains up to date on all cocktail ingredients, garnishes, and appropriate stemware. Ensures that requisitions are ordered and delivered in a timely manner.
• Understands the importance of prompt and efficient service and continually demonstrates this to the Bartenders, Club Servers and Supervisors.
• Always stocks coolers and dry stock items for Bartenders.
• Is always available to complete/perform special functions as directed by the Supervisor.
• May be required to mix drinks if necessary upon approval of management.
• Consistently demonstrates the ability to maintain equipment standards. Reports any equipment malfunctions immediately.
• Always follows department training standards. (i.e.: clean-as-you-go, re-check guest, etc.).

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be able to speak English.
• Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Previous beverage experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 30 lbs. to waist level.
• Must be able to move items up to 30 lbs. for distances up to 25 feet.
• Must be able to remain standing and active for an 8 hour shift.
• Must be able to see, hear, understand, and respond to requests in a loud environment.
• Must be able to tolerate exposure to cold (below 0°F) temperatures throughout the shift.
